The Dieringer Research Group (The DRG), a business specializing in marketing research consultation, recently promoted Shelley Ahrens to Vice President, Research Services and Ron Rawski to Vice President, Technology and Administrative Services.

“Ron and Shelley have been instrumental in driving the company’s mission and strategic direction,” says DRG President and CEO, Lanie Johnson. “They have spent countless hours mentoring and growing employees within their functional groups, as well as all of our managers and directors companywide.”

Shelley Ahrens began working at The DRG in 2000 as a Data Specialist. She steadily advanced within the company, beginning with a promotion to a Research Analyst position and eventually serving as an account manager for key clients while holding management positions within the Research Services functional group.  Ms. Ahrens currently oversees client and data services as well as account management at The DRG.  Her vast experience in marketing research has focused on the Health Insurance and Finance industries among many others.

Ron Rawski started at The DRG in 2001 as a Specialist in the Information Technology department.  Over the past 16 years at The DRG, he has taken on increasing levels of responsibility for advancing the company’s technical infrastructure.  He also oversees operations of The DRG’s focus group facility, along with the phone and mail centers.  Mr. Rawski is continuously looking for new and improved processes, and has implemented numerous efficiencies throughout his time at The DRG.

Together, Mr. Rawski and Ms. Ahrens have driven significant growth at The DRG.  From defining policies and procedures, to helping set company strategy, goals and key directives, their work has shaped The DRG brand and culture.
