Melissa Naatz-Busch Promoted to Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Growth

The DRG, a premier marketing research and consulting firm, is excited to announce the promotion of Melissa Naatz-Busch to Senior Director of Marketing Strategy & Growth.

Melissa, who has been with The DRG since 2017, has played a crucial role in elevating the firm’s marketing, brand presence, and product development efforts.

In her previous role as Director of Marketing & Product Development, Melissa was instrumental in driving significant advancements in The DRG’s marketing strategy, taking innovative approaches to content development, digital advertising, and demand generation, with a focus on data-driven decision making. Most recently, Melissa led The DRG through a dynamic brand and website refresh in honor of their 50th year in business.

In her new role as Senior Director of Marketing Strategy & Growth, Melissa will continue to drive strategic growth of the business through The DRG’s marketing efforts. She will also focus more strongly on business development, further enhancing The DRG’s client offerings, and exploring new opportunities for growth.
