The DRG is thrilled to announce the company has been designated as one of the Best Places to Work for 2021 by the Milwaukee Business Journal. This is the second year in a row that The DRG has achieved this status among similarly sized businesses in the Southeast Wisconsin region.

In 2021, The DRG adopted a key directive to “reflect, reimagine, and realize.” It is now clear that this vision also contributed to The DRG’s ability to repeat as a Best Place to Work. Several initiatives put in place in the last year prioritized employee health, safety, and wellbeing. For instance, The DRG offered employees more hybrid options for returning to the office smartly and safely. Company holiday time has been extended to promote employee stress reduction. And The DRG continues to hold frequent company-wide meetings with in-person and online components to ensure all employees feel connected and fully informed, no matter where they are working. Even when most of the staff was remote, The DRG still conducted regular community service projects, as well as virtual events and recognitions. That included celebrating the annual awards ceremony honoring all the hard work and accomplishments from the prior year.

The Best Places to Work announcement comes as The DRG is poised to devote time at the end of September to mark its annual “Employee Appreciation Days.”
